3 Rules To Boost Your Energy and Flush Fat

Tim Ferriss said that there are 3 rules that you must follow within 30 minutes each morning.  The rules are :
  • Use Full Fat Cream In Your Coffee – Tim Ferriss told Dr. Oz that using skim milk will spike your insulin whereas full fat will not.  Tim said that the more that you use full fat cream instead of fat free the more benefits you will receive.  Just making that one small change in your life is a great way to supercharge your body.

Yerba Mate

    Rule #2 Yerba Mate –  To help improve your digestion consider drinking Yerba Mate.  Tim Ferriss explained to Dr. Oz that Yerba Mate helps t speed up digestion.

Cassia Cinnamon

Add some Cassia Cinnamon into your tea or sprinkle it onto the healthy food of your choice.  Cassia Cinnamon regulates your blood sugar which helps to keep you from gaining weight (and fat!).
